Meet Cathy Elliott– Your Licensed Massage Therapist!
Cathy is a highly skilled and compassionate massage therapist with over two decades of experience in the health and wellness field. She graduated from the American College of Massage Therapy School in 2004 and holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science of Physical Therapist Assistant from Michiana College (1998).
Dedicated to providing personalized care, Cathy takes a diverse approach to massage therapy, ensuring that she meets the unique needs of each client. She is passionate about improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being. Her expertise includes therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage, all aimed at helping clients achieve relief from chronic muscle tension, stress, and post-surgical recovery. As a Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner, Cathy has seen firsthand the immediate and lasting benefits of cupping therapy in alleviating tissue adhesions and deep-seated tension. She is committed to furthering her education in this technique to refine her skills and provide even more effective treatments.
Beyond hands-on therapy, Cathy values a holistic approach to wellness and is always willing to refer clients to other healthcare professionals when additional care is needed. Her goal is to create a healing and supportive environment where clients can restore balance, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

Elizabeth brings a uniquely holistic approach to skincare and body wellness at NPS Wellness & Aesthetics. As both a licensed esthetician and a certified massage therapist, she blends advanced skin treatments with therapeutic bodywork to deliver results that go beyond the surface.
Her services are rooted in relaxation, restoration, and real outcomes—whether she’s customizing facials to support healthy, radiant skin or providing massage therapy to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support overall well-being. Elizabeth believes skin health and body wellness are deeply connected, and her treatments reflect that philosophy.
Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, Elizabeth creates a welcoming, results-driven experience where clients feel cared for, heard, and renewed. Her goal is to help every client look refreshed, feel balanced, and leave better than when they arrived.
