Terms & Conditions

By scheduling an appointment online with NPS Wellness & Aesthetics, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure efficient scheduling and quality care for all clients.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on the date, time, and service you select. Confirmation will be sent by email or text once the booking is approved. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Deposits & Payment

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your service balance. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, and approved financing options.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a $50 late cancellation fee, whichever is greater. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and may limit future booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and complete any required forms sent with your confirmation email. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Consultations

Some services require a medical consultation before treatment. If a consultation has not been completed, your appointment may be converted to a consultation-only visit.

Medical Disclosure

Clients must complete medical history and consent forms before treatment and disclose medications, allergies, and recent medical treatments to ensure safety.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive medical and aesthetic services.

Refund Policy

All sales for services, memberships, packages, and gift cards are final. No refunds are issued for completed services, memberships, missed appointments, or prepaid packages. Product exchanges are accepted within 14 days only for unopened, unused items; medications are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Conduct Policy

NPS Wellness & Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, non-payment, repeated no-shows, or failure to follow policies.

Privacy & Communication

Client information is protected under HIPAA and used only for scheduling, communication, and treatment. By booking, you consent to appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages via email or text.

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated at any time and apply to all future bookings.
